Waiver of claims for injury or illness *

I/we waive any claim for injury or illness the dog experiences while in Richard Attwood's care and that is not directly caused by the negligence or lack of care from Richard Attwood.

Costs caused by the dog's behaviour or related to the dog's health while in Richard Attwood's care. *

Dogs may cause damage or harm to property, to other animals, people or themselves, or be injured. Richard Attwood will make reasonable efforts to consult the legal owner about relevant matters - like seeking the owner's permission to take the dog to a vet - but Richard Attwood reserves the right to manage and treat the dog at his discretion and in the dog's best interest.

I/we agree to pay expenses caused by or related to the dog's behaviour - including aggressive or destructive behaviour - and to pay costs, like vet's fees, related to the dog's injury or illness that develop while in Richard Attwood's care.
